The Company pursuits to eliminate any potential conflicts of interest. Therefore, a ‎conflict of interest policy has been prepared. The policy sets guidelines for identifying, ‎notifying, reporting, disclosing and preventing potential conflicts of interest. The ‎Company has developed appropriate procedures to detect significant conflicts of ‎interest, manage conflicts effectively, and ensure that the Board of Directors handles ‎current and potential conflicts of interest and that all decisions are taken to achieve the ‎best interests of the Company.‎
